Staffs are very friendly; my room was facing the backyard - nothing much to see.

Large room with good quality of decor. Everyone was polite and attentive. Perfect for the Silom road area for shopping, eating and the Patpong district. Good hotel with high quality of room and service. Cheap for 5 star hotel

Although the Dusit Thani has been recently renovated, it still appears a little run down. However, the service is good and the rooms are nice. Its just a quick tuk tuk ride away from all the sites.

I was upgraded from Dusit Club to Dusit Grand room. The design of this 60sq.m. room is very good - I particularly liked the option to screen off the bedroom from the living room area - and the dual access to the bathroom. The huge windows to both bedroom and living room mean lots of natural daylight in both areas. (Much better than the long thin suites in some hotels where there is natural light only in the bedroom)The room had everything I could have wanted, and I will definitely make the Dusit Grand room, my first choice when staying in Bangkok

One of the best in its class, Dusit Thani has still the 5-star class. Almost everything is perfect, hotel itself might look a bit worn from outside, but inside everything works perfectly and looks very new & modern. The lobby is very grande, facilities are just superb. Room is very clean and really nice inside. A lilttle minus that the swimming pool is small, but you can't go wrong with the location, just next to everything. We have stayed at Montien for almost the same rate, and there is a big different. Next time we will always choose the Dusit Thani if we want to stay at Silom area.

Overall hotel was very good with excellent amenities, location, service etc. The only issue I had with the room is the noise level, not as soundproof as I would expect and could hear a lot of sound from the hallway.Be careful with the door to the room as they shut very quickly and I managed to lock myself out late in the night so I had to go to the clubroom wearing only my dressing gown to get a new key card.Thank God I put the dressing gown on...

This hotel is ideally located adjacent to both the Skytrain & Subway, opposite Lumpini Park-the "lung" of Bangkok, and near by the night markets. Hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast was fabulous. We would definitely stay here again, when in Bangkok.

We booked a superior room when we arrived were overed the executive room at a s[pecial rate. This was well worth the extra money due to additional services. The location of tghe hotel is super right beside Skytrain and MRT. The only down fall is I think for 5 start hotel it is due a refurbishment.
