The hotel charges a high price for the use of internet (250 baht/day)! It's not very convenient if you need to use computer right away, for the hotel does not open the business center yet. Besides, the snacks in the mini bar are not cheap. Making an international call is expensive. The hotel doesn't prepare a map for their location, although they did have instruction on how to go to their place. Otherwise, their service and location are good.

We booked a Bandara Suite and was pleasantly surprised to get a corner room on the 25th floor (thankfully, they have a fast elevator). The view was incredible, with floor to ceiling windows in both the living room and main bedroom. Our suite was very clean, modern, and spacious--2 bed, 2 bath, with living, dining and kitchen. The bed felt a little hard the first night, but we got used to it and it wasn't bad. Cable TV included HBO and CNN International. The breakfast buffet included in the price of the room was nice. When we arrived the first day, I was told that if the room is booked through the hotel, free internet service is provided. We booked through AsiaRooms at a good price (about $150.00 USD per night), and so the internet service was not free. They do have a computer that can be accessed, for free, on the same floor where the pool is located. That was enough for me, as I only needed to check my email. We found the hotel to be conveniently located to everything we wanted to see while in Bangkok. It's about a 15 min walk to the nearest skytrain station, which we used every day. The hotel is located on a side street, so make sure you have good directions for cab drivers.

i was surprised by the services at Chin House it was excellent i would only stay there every time i visit bangkok.Its also very convenient to travel because of its location.

Room service is very good. Hotel personnel are very polite and helpful. Choice of food and drinks are plenty. Suggest to include drinking/mineral water as complimentery item. I enjoy staying at the Hotel.

We stayed only one night at the Chin House residence. We had a 2 bedroom Suite Deluxe Room in the tower I. The suite was really big, with a kitchen and a leaving room but due to the fact that the furniture and carpet looked old and outdated (not dirty) we were not so enthusiastic. A good refresh would be welcome. The staff was really professional, smiling and looking to help us. The location is perfect, in Silom, close to shopping, sky train and the Lumpini Park.

We stayed in the hotel in October 08. The hotel was very nice, we booked two rooms, one for the first days and it was incredible as we were in a suite due to an offer, the second room was for our last night in Thailand, and it was also nice but not so big. The room was very clean. The best were the location, in the center but far away enough of the noise. The staff was very kind.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here 4 nights and it was great for the money what we paid for. Location was good, 5 minuts by walk from the skytrain. Only proplem was with taxis, they didn´t know the hotel by name or the address, maybe because it was on the small street and not on the main street. Room was clean and nice, wiew was also great from 21th floor. Service in the restaurant was good and breakfast also.I would recomend this to everybody."

Overall it is a good hotel with a very good breakfast However,don't expect there are too many choice. Just few choice but ok for western people, chinese & Japanese,but there is no kimchi for Korean people. Although only few choice but the quality is very good! for example, the cold cut plate is even betten than Siam@Siam hotel. (I feel chewing plastic when i having breakfast in Siam hotel). The bedroom size is so so but overall is clean and comfortable, you can get what you need. They have strong water pressure so no need to worry abt the shower whether function well. Hotel suitable for people who likes to stay in a slient place. Not much people over there. We enjoy to walk out the hotel towards sky train station in the sunshine moring. However, when you out for a whole day. You really wants to come back hotel immediately and take rest or have a shower. Sorry, you have to be patient to walk abt 8-10 min. Actually, 10min walk is nothing just a short distance. But pls imgine if you're carry yr tried body under tropical rain, the entire body get wet. then you will understood 10mins becomes 100mins. (we stay in bangkok in Sept which is raining seasons,so everyday raining.) Maybe you will ask why we don't get a taxi. Frankly, i hate to bargin with taxi drive, the 100% upcharge they asking if convert to USD that's not much. But it is not fair, so i perfer take sky train or metro, it is very convenience to travel the city. If you want a lazy holiday in Bangkok, location is importance which need close to sky train. Apart of the location, Bandara is a good hotel.

Staff are very pleasant and efficient. Rooms are spacious and well appointed and very well serviced. Location is very handy to Silom area.

Worked really well with a family and much better than a standard hotel room. great location
