Chaophya Park Hotel Bangkok

We have now stayed at the Chaophya Park Hotel four times and have enjoyed every stay. The transport links in Bangkok are such that all areas are easily accessed from the hotel, despite its location. An executive suite here costs about the same as a standard room at one of the more conveniently located hotels and is well worth travelling for. They are extremely spacious, well provisioned and very comfortable with high levels of cleanliness. The staff are extremely efficient and friendly. Breakfast is excellent, with an extremely wide choice on offer. Dinner was a little disappointing with poor service and it is not surprising that the restaurant is little used in the evenings.

The Chaophya Park Hotel, located on Ratchadapisek Road in Bangkok, Thailand, is a 400-room hotel that offers guests four-star service at three-star prices. Actually, I think that at some of the restaurants you’d have to go to a top five-star restaurant to beat the quality. If value for money is something that’s important to you it’s hard to beat anything that this hotel has to offer.

a very enjoyable stay in a great hotel with the friendliest staff in the business. Good Englsih spoken in all departments and quick responses to all requests. Very busy and popular with tourist and business groups. Well recommended.

Wonderful hotel. Great value for money. Staff very polite and courteous. Room very spacious and the water pressure in the shower is excellent. Although location is quite far from the shopping area in sukumvit, the hotel is very near to the MRT Station (ratchadaphisek station is a 4/5 min walk). One-way ticket to Sukhumvit costs abt 30 baht. For those who wish to use taxi, plenty available on the main road. Had no trouble finding taxis. Although located on the a busy road, still very peaceful and quiet. Carrefour, Robinsons a 7-8 mins taxi ride away and costs about 50 baht. The breakfast was included in our package and the choices were varied and plentiful. The breakfast timing was also very good for those having early tours, starting from 5AM. All in all, very decent hotel and a great value for money. Would highly recommend this hotel to all.

Everything about this hotel is perfect. Rooms are clean, service from staff were friendly and the hotel were well maintained. The only thing so far, which I find it difficult is that the subway train is about 5minutes walk under the hot sun and next to the busy roads.

The only fault there is to this hotel is the staff in the breakfast room..very static especially the one in the suit. there is absolutely no service at all especially when you ask for coffee .We do not see why have to stand blunt of their bad moood. About time to revamp the whole dining room staff.

excellent hotel and service

Th hotel service is fine, and staff are attentive to your needs. well serve by subway, & getting into the city is only a few stops away.

We had two stays in the Chaophya Park, at the beginning and end of our trip, both in an executive suite. The suite was large, well appointed and kept extremely clean. There was a wide choice for breakfast although the service could have been better at times and the service at dinner was rather slow. The staff were extremely friendly and obliging - we arrived for our second stay to find the Wifi in our room wasn't working and this was fixed immediately despite the late hour of our arrival. Access to and from the airport is very good and the hotel is a short walk from two stations on the MTR, which links to the Skytrain, so is better located than it may appear. The relatively short additional time to reach places of interest was more than compensated for by the advantage of having a suite costing about the same as a room at one of the more conveniently located hotels.

A good medium rate hotel with an excellent priced buffet at their sports club next door. Location was good for the wekend market but required a train trip everywhere. However, the metro nearby was great value for the required train travel.
