Centre Point Langsuan

The hotel is ideallylocated as it is within walking distance to the major shopping places such as Central World Plaza, Gaysorn,Paragon, Central Chitlom,to name a few. The hotel is value for money and the service is courteous and proactive to the customers' needs. My only complaint was that they provided only 1 small bar of soap throughout our 3 nights' stay and there was no flat iron though there was an ironing board in the closet.

I REALLY LIKE THIS HOTEL I HAVE STAYED THERE 3 TIMES AND ALWAYS LOVE IT , THE STAFF MAKE IT FEEL LIKE HOME. IT HAS A HOMELY FEEL.

The location is perfect as there are plenty of places to eat around,also close to BTS Staion and Central departmental store. The rooms are nice, spacious and clean. The only complaint I have is about the bathroom. They should renovate the stand up shower as the bathroom floor gets flooded while having a shower due to poor construction of the glass doors. They should find a way a to seal the gaps between the glass doors. Other than this, everything else worked out very well with us. For a family with kids, this is a great place.

We stay at the Centrepoint Langsuan every time we come to Bangkok. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive (once my husband was sick and they sent fruit and flowers to our room). Because it's a business hotel, there are really good ammenities and it's your choice as to whether you'd prefer a studio, a one-bedroom, or a two-bedroom (a couple of times we've been upgraded once we'd arrived because the smaller room we'd ordered wasn't available). Although the Centrepoint Langsuan is the least expensive (and fancy) of the six Centrepoints throughout Bangkok, it is a wonderful place to stay and to return to regularly. Whenever we leave, we always wish we had just a few more days that we could stay at the Centrepoint Langsuan.

nice room, good service, will come back

From the moment we walked in the door, we were made to feel welcome. The staff were more than helpful in every way.The room was a great size and kitchen facilities were good. The breakfast was good, changing some of the dishes each day to provide more variety. The location was great being about 10 minutes walk to Central Shopping Centre and the Chitlom Skytrain and also a short taxi ride of about 50B to the San Luan night market which is great for food and shopping. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again and I think that it represented excellent value for money.

Clean and spacious rooms. good location. disappointing lobby

Stayed in many hotels until I found the one I like, this one. Now I always stay here, location is super, several restaurants right down the street. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice convenience store next to lobby. My only complaint is the 50% extra charge if you want an early chcek in. I dont see a couple of hours as being worth 1/2 days charge and if the room is ready why not instead of sitting there waiting. Other than that I love the place.

Overall is OK. The service and the location was good and the rate was quite low compared with the nearby hotels. The taste of breakfast was good but with little choice. However, the size of the double bed was very small. If you have a child sleep together, you would probably fall from the bed. The bedding was too soft, our backbone felt uncomfortable after four nights sleeping. There was no spaces or tool in the bathroom for the wet clothes if you wash them by hand. The playroom for children was very small, the space was only for a child to sit but not to play. And the swimming pool was small, too. The size of it is for bath not for swimming.

Super location and super facilities, helpful staff. Great breakfast too. Nice convenience store next to lobby. My only problem is their surcharge for early check in is way out of line. 50% of a day to be able to check into room only a few hours early.
