It's still new and they need to iron out some teething problems, especially their housekeeping. Judging from the breakfast, food standards are not high but to be fair I've not had a full meal in the restaurants. The bars are impressive though. The major complaint is its location - not ideal for access to public transport. Taxis are impossible to get during peak hours and bad weather.

The only inconvenient thing about the hotel is that you still need to get off the elevator on the 23rd floor in order for you to get into the hotel itself.
