Very clean. Some areas in need of repainting. Air conditioning not always adequate. No hot water; gets just warm enough not to be cold. Restaurant not always open, room service is available. Not conviently located for tourism. Has been renamed to Forum Park Hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful although sometimes it can be a little difficult communicating because of their limited English in some of the staff. I would not stay here again.

The foyer was magnificent. The decor could not be faulted but it takes more than this to make a good hotel. The room for a delux room was poor with paint & wallpaper peeling off.
