Bossotel Hotel

Thoroughly satisfied with our stay; location is good for boats, sky train and center of bangkok. Will definitely miss the festive season next time though as prices become exhorbitant everywhere.

The foyer and resturant were very good. Breakfast was of a good variety. Unfortunately the linen and towels were of a poor standard. Room was dated and needed brightening up. Location for sky train was near as was the ferry boat. A safe area to be in.

I have stayed here couple of times. It's indeed a clean and tidy hotel. However, the receiptionists or attendants only provide hospitality services to certain people but not asian.Perhaps they pay better currency.We see their sour face every time we go for breakfast.But when european approaching them. They high and low greeting them.Talk to them with smile but not to asian.

We travel to Bangkok every 2 years and thought we would stay at this hotel as it is in a very good location. We were dissapointed from the start. On check in (we booked 9 months before) we were shown a king room (very small) on the inside of the hotel without a window and a 6th floor twin room which we reluctantly agreed to. We booked a Deluxe room and we do not believe we were given one. Breakfasts/food very good + service and staff very friendly. Very clean room but no hot water in the shower (either scalding or cold) so we had to have baths each day. We could hear noise through the walls when other guests were in their rooms. Location fantastic and close to the river and train.

in my opinion bossotel as a low budget hotel is really perfect, near sky train station!

I travel to Bangkok very frequently and my last stay at Bossotel was indeed a pleasant stay. Breakfast and location were excellent. For a budget cost, Bossotel is the best you can find. I will returned to Bossotel again on my next visit.

Service was extremely slow. Our requests were not carried out promptly. The Aircon was spoiled and after repeating "checking on it" they still refused to change the room for us. Eventually, on the 2nd day, they moved us up to another room. The 2nd room, the most impt thing, the safe deposit box was spoiled. When we called reception to get it fixed we were asked many qns which were not necessary. When we say its spoil, they should come up immediately. Overall, the room looked really nice... but after a long day out, all u need is for the staff to be fast and prompt to requests.

The location was convenient for our sightseeing plans, close to the SkyTrain and water ferries. I would definitely not call it luxurious but, for the money, it was quite nice. The breakfast buffet was extensive and fresh. The rooms were a nice size but the bathroom a bit on the rustic side. The foot massage down the street was better than at the hotel's place.

We stayed in Bossotel only for three nights, but it was a pleasant stay! Great customer service (well it we don't count one member of staff who tried to arrange for us a more expensive taxi), very big, nice and tidy room. Fantastic breakfast! Definitely value for money! Would suggest to our friends and would stay there again!
