sorry for saying that The Elegance suites bangkok transfered me to another hotel on the day of my arrival the reason was "the hotel is fully booked" so it was so risky to reach the hotel i booked throught your site and to find out that no place is available. Kindly reply to my comment in order to regain confidence and to make future bookings through you.

Outstanding staff, excellent facilities - a real home away from home without the exorbitant Bangkok prices.

Hotel is within walking distance to skytrain. Taxi drivers may not know the place well. Need to tell them the place as Bangrat Robinson, then they will know where is the place.

Good location if you want to be close to the river. Good value: big rooms for a moderate price. Don't go if you want a scenic view from your room window

For a hotel hyping Best Western management, the hotel is not worth the value of money. The hotel is not in the best of locations, being at the end of a lane. The staff behavior is okay by Bangkok standards. For the suite rooms, the king size bed sizes are small for somebody planning to visit with family (adults and small kids in one room). Breakfast spread could be improved, should we consider competing hotels in better locations. Overall suggestion: You can find a better hotel by paying as much in Bangkok.

A home away from home, very competitively priced for a good quality hotel in Bangkok. Close to supermarket and Skytrain. Exceptional staff who looked after us very well...a home away from home. Really enjoyed our time there!!!
