THE BOSS MR CHONG IS A NICE GUY. HE DID NOT EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE UPGARDE ROOM TO DELUXE ROOM COS OF STANDARD ROOM FULLY BOOK...WHEN I EXT ANOTHER NIGHT HE ALLOW ME TO PAY ACCORDING THE ASIAROOMS PRICE. THE LOCATION IS VERY NEAR PRATUNAM MARKET, PLATINUM FASHION MALL N CITY PLAZA N ALSO PANTIP PALZA. U NO NEED WORRIED HOW TO GO TO SHOOPING BEC U JUST NEED TO WALK ABOOUT 5 MINUTES CAN REACH THESE PLACE. IF U WAN GO TO CENTRAL PLAZA JUST 10 MINUTES BY WALKING. THAT ALL. HPE U ALL CAN ENJOY. HAVE A NICE TRIP!!!

I booked a standard room but was given a Deluxe room instead without extra charges. The room is quite big in size and so the bath room which equipped with bath tub and hot & cold water shower. The spring bed is too old and had sunken and shrunk should long be replaced. The wooden bed structure blocks the viewing of TV when you lay down on bed. It is near the garment market, for those who like to shop around, especially for garment,this is best place to stay and good for value.

good location good service but the house is old but clean.

Clean cheap, got less than you would expect. To far away from the main road for the female traveller.. Fine for a quick one night stay over while waiting for conecting flight.. and that it... They'll never see me again ;-(

Well they are not kidding when they say it is not easy to find.. To put this as simply as possible the room was large delux room $21!! it was fine for what I needed a place to put down My headbefore my next flight early morning... Didn't go near the the food, the photos is the same place but you wouldn't know it.. It is messy or untidy miss match of furniture but the room were clean and spacious if not a bit old fashion.. Not a hotel for female travellers it is down the end of a dark road... The massage facilities were not good... head for the Phetchaburi road 5 minutes walk for these... won't be going there again but it was OK for 16 pounds

Overall not a good budget hotel

Great place in a great location, right near Pantip plaza and numerous taxis to get you elsewhere. Will stay here again when I return in Novemeber.

the nearby BTS is Ratchathewi(N1) station , 10 mints walking distant. location is quite ok , It's best guest house in BKK city , i won't say it's a hotel standard. also it is near the wholesale market :Pratuam market and Baiyoke tower

absolutley PERFECT location very nice hotel!!!
