    First time I had come with my family and they all enjoyed the stay.This was my second trip to Thailand and I had already decided to stay in Amari Atrium. Its so well placed with respect to good shopping malls and other entertainment places. the facilities are good and so is the food. The staff is very nice, hospitable and always ready to help. Good health club facilities, resturants and good decor.

    Good Hotel and very professional staff. Lovely poolside restaurant. Hotel is fairly pricy and a meal in the restauraunt with drinks will easily set you back £60-£80. "

    i visited amari antrim because the hotel which we normally use was full but what a nice surprise the staff was absoutely wonderful the rooms were superb and the food was excellent to get to and from the hotel was real easy just walk outside and the girl consierge would call you a cab anytime i shall visit this hotel again as we were made very welcome good value

    As long as you don't mind having to constantly use taxis, this hotel offers excellent value. The accommodation is comfortable and clean, and the service is pretty much faultless. The breakfast is well worth the extra charge. We will definitely stay at the Atrium in future.

    value for money Only stayed 1 nite as a stop off point before travelling home.Wasnt able to use all the facilities but room,service and condition of hotel was excellent.

    We made this booking based upon previous experience some years ago, however, we had no warning as to the extent of renovation works in progress. Our room on the 7th floor had obviously just received a facelift, but the level of lighting was ridiculously inadequate, and we were overpowered by the noisy and smelly work being carried out all around us, both early in the morning and late in the afternoon. Reception facilities were very poor, catering for breakfast on the 4th floor was pretty disgusting for an hotel of this purported stature, and to cap it all, when we enquired of the concierge how much we should expect to have to pay for an outside taxi to the airport, we were told THB1500 (!). Having paid THB450 for an airport taxi to the hotel, and having been quoted THB500 on the street to return to the airport (which we happily accepted), we departed from the hotel with much disgust.

    Nice Enough but a bit over-priced This hotel is not near much. It is not a bad hotel, but the pictures make it look better than it actually does. The prices for room service and other items in the hotel were similar to Europe and the U.S., which was unlike all the other hotels I have stayed at in Thailand. The bed was nice and the bathroom was quite large. The pool deck looked really nice, although I didn’t use it.

    The hotel is, overall, very good, but the position is far from shops transport ect. With traffic in bangkok as bad as it is, this is not always a good option if you only have one or two days.
