Airport Suite Hotel (Don Muang) (Comfort Suites Airport)

We did not arrive at your hotel as our flight arrived one and a half hours late. Upon leaving the airport required taxi service advised us it would take an hour to arrive at the hotel. 10 minutes from the domestic terminal, as we have not been to your city before we were unaware that the domestic terminal was at the other end of the airport. We were not impressed. As our flight was to leave Bonglok at 7am we would have minimal hours to sleep therefore we slept at the airport ( not very nice). Also had to pay extra taxes on top of our wasted money on the hotel booking. We would very much of liked to stay in your fine hotel. maybe next time. Regards the Munro's

I wasn't very happy with the fact that this hotel is called 'Airport suite', however it was on the other side of the city near the old airport. I was very annoyed that I had to pay so much money when i was under the impression that it was near the new airport. I had to pay $30 for a cab ride that cost way too much.

The hotel is located nearer to Don Muang Airport than Suvarnabhumi Airport. It would take abt 20 mins to reach the hotel by taxi from Suvarnabhumi Airport and if you are going to Mo Chit Bus Terminal, it would take you about 20 mins to reach it. The hotel is located quite a distance from the main road, and hotel is quite old but overall it is quite clean and pleasant to stay for the night.

I needed a place to stay for a night near Dong Muang airport as I had an early morning flight. The hotel is located quite far from city centre, so the location is not suitable for those whose main destination is Bangkok. The front desk staff were very friendly and the breakfast was so so.

we only stayed 1 night coz it was close to my gf home but our overall stay was pleasant

Tired - but clean - hotel near Don Muang Airport. Only reason for staying there!! Free shuttle bus to DM airport. Expensive for what it is.

The hotel is really interesting for an arrival or a departure at Bangkok Internantional airport

The people at the reception were very unpolite. The rooms at the first floor are really bad, but in the aupper floors are much better. A little bit noisy due to the flights but to spend a night close to the airport is OK.

The only good point is that the hotel is near to the Don Muang airport and that they have an airport shuttle for free

As an airport hotel, there's really nothing to complain about, except the obvious airplane noise. But I would stay here again. The complimentary breakfast was excellent.
