Excellent Value - Will Stay Again The Thai for twenty-two is "yi tsip song" which if you can say instead of 22 will help you with taxi drivers.

Good value, but not near the airport I do have to say that there is a coffee/internet cafe place right in front of the hotel (can't miss it) and they have a crazy extensive menu. I had the best seabass of my life there believe it or not, and highly recommend the restaurant which is incredibly convenient to the hotel. SO yummy.

Tidy, spacious rooms. My only gripe was lack of decent cable TV during Rugby World Cup. For the price and quality they should upgrade Cable TV quality and selection, rather than doing it 'on the cheap' as thay appear to.

a bit tired the website says it's new maybe in the 1970's! not a bad place for the money i guess (i went for the 5 day special), but if it hadn't been for the friendly little coffee shop downstairs i would have been sadly disappointed. the towels were thin and grey, water was provided only on the first day, there was no hotplate to cook on as had been described, and the maid service friendly but a bit haphazard. All in all staff were v friendly and helpful, let down by a lack of investment in infrastructure. Also my room was quite noisy(looked out on the street) i was grateful for my earplugs! Soi 22 is lively and interesting if a bit seedy massage parlour/bar opposite hotel offering friendly hostesses was typical of the area...

Good value for money Very good service apartment located a little bit inconveniently. It takes a long walk to the nearest BTS station. Actually, Soi 22, the street on which the apartment is located, is equidistant between Asoke and Phrom Peng stations. Taxis parked outside the hotels in this area (as well as anywhere in Bangkok, I guess) are interested in taking you only for shopping in certain establishments like gem galleries from which they receive gas coupons even if you don’t buy anything. So, it is best to have the hotel hail a taxi for where you want to go. The staff at the apartment were extremely courteous and the receptionist once even walked outside with us to help us get a taxi. Breakfast is served at a cafe downstairs. You order from a set menu. Limited options, but food was generally okay. There are a lot of dining options around. The food gallery on the top floor at the nearby Emporium mall is very good, and not expensive. We stayed in a deluxe apartment. Quite spacious, well-furnished and very comfortable. Bathrooms have been recently updated. Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks The hotel offers a laundry service which is very good and reasonably priced. However, there is a self-service laundry on the top floor which can be used for washing inner garments and casual clothes. The machines are a bit difficult to operate. They malfunction too. Especially troublesome is the dryer. The clothes can however be dried in the balcony of your room very conveniently. In Bangkok weather clothes dry up really fast.

Nice, Clean, and Comfortable Beware of the Taxi Drivers that will try to take you to an expensive Seafood Restaurant. The food there is good, but a lot more expensive than what the average tourist is looking for. Walk to good restaunts down the street, and save.

Nice, Clean, and Comfortable The hotel staff was very friendly, the suite was nice, and roomy, and had a clean smell. The TV remote was confusing, other remotes for the DVD and Stereo were also confusing, one remote had batteries that had become corrosive. There is no restaurant in the Hotel, but there is a good coffee shop with free internet for the constumers, just steps away from the hotel entrance. You can get your breakfast there too. the staff there is also friendly. Overall I recommend this Hotel. I plan to stay there again when I return.
