Alexander hotel is an excellent hotel, very helpful staff. We will definitely stay there next time we visit Bangkok and we will encourage all our friends to stay there as well, (It would be nice if the waitresses could speak a little more english) It is good value for your money and has excellent facilities.

My wife and I were both satisfied with the hotel. It is comfortable and the service we received was very good. For a basic hotel relatively near the airport, we have no complaints.

Excellent service, particularly from guest relations staff. Airport pickup was efficient. A good place to stay within 15 minutes of the new airport.

We stayed here with the family one night because we had an early flight next morning. The hotel is run down but the room was clean. The food was pretty good with a very ambitious menu and the service was excellent. There is a run down but fun playground next to the restaurant where the kids could lose some energy. Don't expect luxury but as a budget hotel close to the airport it's OK.

I stayed at the Alexander from 8th till 11th July with a group of referees from the Malaysia Volleyball Association (MAVA) to observe the 2005 World Grand Prix Women's Volleyball Competititon held at the Mall, Bangkapi. The hotel was very comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent as some of us are Muslims thus the spread was kind to our religion.Although the hotel is a distance from Central Bangkok but the staff and even the parking attendants were always willing to guide us to which taxis or how to get to our destination. The bathroom toileteries were very good especially the toothpaste and toothbrush set. I also like the hairdrier as an item.I would recommend this hotel again to anyone who loves a quiet and peaceful place to stay in Bangkok.I would try to come back."

This hotel is very close to the Airport and is on a small road and is quiet. It is a great place to stay if you have early flights out of Bangkok. The restaurant is open 24hours and breakfast is available anytime. We needed to go to a shopping centre and the owner organised it in his own car for us.Would stay there again.
