All in all, everything about my stay was good except for the fact that there was almost no English TV. Only AFN. CNN and other English TV would be nice.

I stayed from 4th Feb 2009 to 11th Feb 2009. The Htoel is a good location in Itaewon area.However, if you want to travel to city area. This location is not that ideal to stay. Airport limousine bus was avaiable at the airport and it stop opposite the hotel. Another good thing was the subway, Itaewon station was near to the hotel which was about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel service staff was not helpful at all.I reached the hotel in the morning around 10am and I had requested for an early check in. The staff did not even bother to check my request and told me to wait until 12pm. And when I return at around 12pm. The staff again did not attend to me. I just sat at the hotel lobby until about 130pm. And finally, room was available. Overall, the room was average and clean. But the service was a let down.

Korea is an expensive city, due partly to high value of the Won. Hotels are also expensive. The Itaewon Hotel rooms are a little tired, breakfast is bad, but location, if you want to be in Itaewon, is good. If you just need a room for a few days it is fi

The best thing in this hotel is its locataion in Iteawon area. But there is big area of improvment.
