can’t beat the location, price I was only in korea for a few days to visit friends, but i would definitely consider an extended stay here. The room is of course small by american standards, but the residence is in a city of almost 50 million it is to be expected. everything was new in the room - modern stove, small fridge, cable TV, air conditioning, western-style shower bathroom. you are under a minute away from the subway and bus lines, airport bus, dozens of restaurants and bars; the list goes on. The only negative i would say was that the bed sheets seemed to be dirty when i arrived - found some hair in them. a call up to the front desk (it’s on the 14th floor) fixed that right up though, very professional staff. won’t find a better price in Seoul for this sort of accommodation. Traveler's tip google maps location is wrong! the residence building has a Loteria (fast food place) on it’s first floor, and is just down the road from Grand Mart - which is one of the largest corner buildings on Shinchon Rotary.

good Seoul option Nice area, right next to the Sinchon subway station. Plenty of local and foreign places to eat. Lots of bars and clubs located nearby due to the close proximity of several institutes. okay breakfast.

When I arrived the hotel at around 15:30 for check-in, the staff attitude is not helpful.(He was wore eye-glasses and stand right hand size opposite of my position). I communicated with him by English. But when I heard some korean or japanese asked him question or asked for check in, his attitude was totally difference...so helpful for them. When I arrived my room, room size is ok but the wall and furniture are very dirty and old....make me very dissapointed. And regarding the internet service inside the room, I can't find the cable so I asked the receptionist help me to see, and their answer is "sorry, all of us didn't have computer knowledge, so can't help" ..God...how come can reply hotel guest at this stupid answer??" I was super angry can told him.."You must send someone from IT department and help me to check it, I have something urgent need to check"...and the end they send someone and help me to check. I don't know this hotel is it only like to servc Korean or Japanese...if yes, please let all the asian or foreigners to know that..we can find another good service hotel... Honestly, the hotel location and some of the rooms are really good..but staff's service really really need to improve...otherwise..this hotel a KOREAN or JAPANESE HOTEL....not as their owner said in their magazine "we have good service provied for worldwide clients"

We had a huge non-smoking room with an extra bed but the bathroom was quite small. Breakfast was not the best I´ve had. Altogether it was a pleasant nearly two weeks stay."

Great value for the money. Staff were helpful and friendly. Great location with many shops and places to eat a few short steps away. Even a money exchange close by. Highly recommend this hotel. Especially if you are staying in Seoul a week or more.

I stayed at the Casaville, Shinchon for 10 days and have enjoyed my stay very much. The room size is good but not enough wardrobe space for longer stay and the bathroom is very small. Otherwise, the location is excellent and convenient for anything from transportation to food, shopping, clubbing, etc ^_^

The hotel was perfect for our needs. It is right beside the subway and convenient to many restaurants. We actually stayed there twice, once for a night and then went back the next weekend for 2 nights in the triple accommodations. The double is good, a little small, but for the amount of time we stayed in the room it was perfect. The triple is much more spacious. The staff is very friendly and helped me find directions, even calling the place and printing it out on the computer. Breakfast was fine - it sure beats trying to find a place in the morning. The have a fridge, microwave and stove and dishes in each room. It was very clean. I would definitely stay here again.
