The night club of this hotel is reserve to Corean paople. Twice we tried to go, and twice they refused us. This not an acceptable policy for a international hotel. AVOID.

This hotel was way overpriced. I stayed at a "Love Motel" that was twice the size, a bigger bed, nicer bathroom and provided everything we needed from toothbrushes and razors to purified drinking water. I decided to pay the extra for a "STAR" rated hotel and was very disappointed. The reason that I booked here was to use the pool and gym facilities that were "raved" about in the descriptions only to find out that we had to pay extra to use them. I lost over a hundred dollars by staying in this hotel instead of the usual discount hotel available in reams anywhere in Seoul. Don't waste your time or money at this place!

The hotel staff was helpful and the communal areas were nicely appointed/taken care of, but the beds were very uncomfortable. Also, there were no irons or ironing boards in the room.

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The room too small compared with the fare/night. The room is clean. You should pay when use the hotel facilities such as gym or sauna. Location is a bit far from down town.
