Best Western New Seoul

Excellent service, excellent location for a an excellent price. That's all i could ask for. As an extra the bathroom had one of those cleaning toilets.

This was a perfectly acceptable hotel with a reasonable breakfast, in a central part of town (it's down a side street near the Seoul Plaza - get off the airport bus #605 just before that). The dark decor in the room was a bit strange, as was the decision to provide skin cream and foundation but no shampoo!

Probably the best 3 star hotels I've stayed at so far! Small room, small bathroom, but for the given price and location absolutely fair. Unfortunately no free internet in the room, just in the lobby.

It is a good hotel with excellent location in City Hall area. The only negative issue is about internet access that is charged without any notice. It was a bad surprise at check-out.

Pleasant hotel staff and location is very convenient.

The location of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing and city centre but I got a room without window, it gives a claustrophobic feeling and looks like a love hotel.

Great location, very good rooms. No breakfast, though. Internet only in two computers in the lobby, not for free in the rooms. A nice choice!

The hotel was very nice, clean, well situated and easy to find. The location was convenient to the bus lines and subway so our travels in Seoul were very easy. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a double room on the 12th floor but the internet connection didn't work so the hotel staff relocated us to a lower floor. The staff was very helpful and the facilities were very good. I would recommend this hotel if you're looking for a three star with good amenities at a good price. Overall the hotel was great.

We stayed a week in this hotel because of its central location. Using it as a base, it is very easy to access both Seoul itself and the outlying areas. That's the best thing about the hotel. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room was nothing special, quite poor, in fact, for the prices charged. A little small, and the carpets were filthy. I would recommend this hotel to people who don't plan on spending a lot of time there. If you like the relaxing "hotel life", nice furniture, swimming pools etc., then it's not for you. So, to sum up. Great central location, but you won't like to spend too much time there.
