GOOD HOTEL. VALUE FOR MONEY.

Overall speaking, i am satisfied with the room and its service. Its location is great, just 10mins walk to the shopping area. The room decor is nice, and since we had a high floor room, the scenery from the window is nice. However, i was quite frustrated with the room temp, no matter which method i used (told by the housekeeping) it is still around 26-27 degrees when i was in the room and it's a bit to hot to get to sleep. But still, recommended to those travellers who doesn't have a very high budget. And i will most likely select this hotel again when i go to Seoul.

In general, this hotel is good and value for money.

Great location Very confortable hotel with great views if you get a high floor room, but above all great location, next to subway station and within walking distance of lots of attractions, restaurants ...

The location of the hotel is the perfect place for traveler that wants to go places in the afternoon and until late night. The area around the hotel is safe and a lot of the tour attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. The KAL bus stops right in front of the hotel. Lots of taxis that will take you anywhere.

The street in which the hotel is located gives you a lower expectation of the hotel than it deserves. A surprisingly good hotel. Large, well designed rooms with everything I wanted including free broadband which should be available in every quality hotel, not an expensive addon. I recommend it.

Clean, modern hotel with excellent service. I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The personnel went out of their way to help me every time I asked, and were extremely courteous. The hotel was new, clean and comfortable, with a nice view. Traveler's tip for business travelers The taxi drivers did have a little trouble finding the hotel..... beware.

a very nice hotel to stay. Small room but comfy It is a good price and good hotel to stay. Room was small but well arranged. Room service and staff were good. The only issue that I had encountered was their communication skill was not good when their network server were down. It took 4 people to mess up my laptop for almost an hour before they took my advice to reboot their server even though I had explained to them from the time they walked in to my room. I could not make any international call from my room and no one could figured out. I end up buy phone card. Other these, it is a very good hotel. Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks The surrounding is a nice area. There is a bus to airport every 20 - 30 minutes. Buy phone card for international call. Most likely your cell won’t work there. Prepare plug converter for your laptop or appliance. Their plug is different from ours here.

Hotel location is perfect. Bus from ICN is stop in fromt of the hotel. I book the price via website in USD but when it convert into Korea Won, it seems unfair because I have to pay more than I book. So make sure you book via their currency! Staffs at the front desk is average but for the conceige is very helpful.

better than expected I would stay at this hotel again.
