Treasure Resort Sentosa

Excellent location for tourist. Its just inside Sentosa, for your amusement. And just a station away to Vivo City, for your shopping. The Price is affordable and value for money. I will be staying here again when I get back to Singapore for a Vacation.

I am assuming that the hotel had just opened after reservations whcih would explain the irritations we experienced but not the way they were dealt with. Internet is not free in this hotel. Bought a voucher for 1 week for $70 sing. Connection in the room didn't work. They said the provider could fix in 2 days. At my suggestion we changed rooms where the internet worked. Breakfast buffet was cold every day despite complaints. Lift broke down for the last 3 days of our stay. We had to carry our own bags downstairs to check out. One bell boy on duty was overwhelmed. Free ticket on the monrail ran out after 3 days only found this out at the station. Sentosa is great and the hotel could be if it was owned by someone who understood how a hotel was supposed to be run and what guests want.Right now they charge 5 star rates for 2 star service.

This hotel is conveniently located next to the Sentosa monorail . They provide guests free monorail passes. The rooms are a bit small but the balcony more than makes up for it. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was adequate. Overall, I will would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice , cosy stay..poolside shower room can be improved with toiletries provided.

Very helpful and friendly staffs at the frontdesk. I like the big balcony that is facing the sea.

We stayed with 2 small children for 5 days and were very happy with the friendly staff who were very helpful and accommodating. Location was excellent for quick access to local transport.

Everything abt this hotel is amazing..from the rooms to the balcony sea view. The only BIG minus point was when i call the room service for a bucket of ice...the guy who answered was very very rude. I even prepared a 5 dollars tip for him..but when i opened the door, i was greeted with an annoyed face..shoving the bucket of ice and he stormed off without even taking a 2nd look or smile..really bad room service staff hope they improve on that.

An FM radio and free wireless connectivity in the rooms would be nice.

the hotel locate is nice and the hotel is clean the staff extremly freindly and cooporative and nice but the room size is small and internit price is so high
