Greeted by name as we stepped out of the taxi (they check the luggage tags 1st), our personal valet escorted us to the front desk, offered us a beverage while we checked in, and then walked us to our room. She quickly walked through the amenities, offered us her card in case we needed any additional services, and then politely excused her self. The entire stay was as excellent as the 1st 15 minutes.

I've stayed many times at the Ritz in Singapore, and it is one of only 2 hotels I stay at in S'Pore (other being The Fulerton). Rooms are great, hotel has a classic Ritz feel to it. Food is great. Skip the Raffle Hotel and go for the Ritz, a much better choice.

Excellent Hotel if money is no object for the added extras, Amazing building and staff are very co-operative (does get annoying when you get greeted by 3-5 staff everytime you walk into the foyer/around a corner). The room we stayed in was very lavish.

I like it because it is nice, and the service is reasonable. However, it does not have any outstanding qualities, only what you find in most normal hotels. Also, I would appreciate it if you gave complimentery water, as the water takes a while to boil, and if you are really thirsty, you can't drink the water that fast as the water will be very hot.
