    I was surprised that breakfast was not included in our room rate. Breakfast, I thought, was expensive at $30 per person. The room was adequate but small in comparison to other Singaporean hotels we have stayed at. I did not feel the price paid for this hotel was as good value as other hotels we have stayed at e.g. Traders. The bathroom looked as though it was in need of an overhaul but it was clean. The whole hotel was clean and the service was very good. For a one night stay it was fine and in an ideal location, but I would have been disappointed if I had been staying longer.

    The location was great for my daughters and I. It's away from the hustle and bustle of Orchard Road and has a very tranquil setting with Clark Quay behind the hotel. It's very cheap and easy getting to the city centre. We had a tight schedule and could only spend 3 days there - I wish we had more time. The pool area is divine with beautifully landscaped greenery.

    You would have to like Raffles a lot more than I did to go back a second time.

    Nice view, able to see both pool and the river from the room. Feel more relax here than stay at orchard area, and actually, it location is also very conveneince. I plan to stay here again next trip. Bad smell from pluming system, especially from wash basin. That's the only complain I have.

    A relaxing place for a holiday Close proximity to bus and MRT make travelling around Singapore very easy. Room serviced very promptly and well Bed execingly comfortable!

    Hotel is OK The deco and amenities are fine, except that the airconditioning control is not working. Room temperature is freezing cold. Receptionist are not very friendly.

    Crossroads lounge bar with staff makes you feel like home!!!! I was not asked if I wanted smoke free room. Rooms have terrible noisy doors to corridor. When making the internet booking, my additional notes where neglected (taxi pickup and late arrival).

    This is one of the few hotels that I have ever stayed at where the staff is actually one of the major reasons to go back there. I could write pages on how wonderful the staff is at the executive lounge- personalized attention, friendly, attentive. The hotel has called me in the US to check if my stay was good and if I have suggestions for improvements.
