A Hidden Gem Best price in town for a hotel of this quality. Amazing service. Friendly. Free internet access and mini bar. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful hotel with exceptional customer service. It is positioned well, just minutes from Orchard Road. We had a buffet dinner at the restaurant which was wonderful. We would higly recommend it.

Good location & excellent service

I travelled to New Zealand/Australia via Bangkok and home via Singapore. I know it may look strange rating everything as excellant but having decided to stay in Singapore, resting, before returning home after a 5 week self-drive holiday, staying at the Royal Plaza on Scotts hotel was a masterful decision. The hotel atmosphere is so peaceful in such a busy city, the accommodation was exactly as required and ...the best feature of the hotel? - the outstanding, helpful and friendly staff, always available to answer any query and to be of assistance. The hotel is also a few minutes walk from the underground system and is close to many shopping centres. I was also able to book day/night tours from the Hotel Concierge - the Night Safari is so different and strange, it is a must for all visitors.

Very comfortable hotel will stay there again great location Yhis hotel is in a great location next to all the great shopping areas. Hotel staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. This would be my first choice of hotel when I'm next in Singapore.

Location is excellent, right off Orchard road and all the shops. The underground train station is really near and easy to get anywhere in Singapore from this location by taking the train. The room was a bit small, and I had to change the initial room because of a mouldy smell, but the 2nd room was a lot better and the staff was really quick to make the change happen once I complained. I also upgraded to a more expensive room when I arrived which also included free breakfast and free drinks in the lounge before 8PM which was also a nice touch and certainly needed after a full day of touristing and shopping. I would definitely recommend a stay here as long as you dont mind a smallish room.

I arrived at the hotel at 4am after an overnight flight. The staff were very welcoming and I was shown to my room quickly, where I slept soundly. Having free wireless internet for my laptop and a free mini bar was unexpected and wonderful. The just off mid Orchard Rd location was very convienient for shopping and sight seeing. I was very pleased with my stay and would book again.

Excellent Hotel Hotel was in excellent location and excellent condition. I would recommend everybody to stay in this hotel. Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay Even it was in the central location, I couldn’t use this as benefit since I need to take a cab for everywhere.

Great hotel and location If you have time go to the Night Safari at the Singapore Zoo I would highly recommend it. They have a tram that goes around and some walks that you can do. It also as nice range of place to eat for all price ranges.
