It's hard to complain about the Hollywood Queen Room (2 beds for 4 people) for SGD 120 per night on Orange Grove near Orchard Road (15 min walk). That's a good Price for Location in the Orchard Road area. The breakfast included was not much to write home about. The convenience store and cafe shut down early. There is a free shuttle to Orchard Road and other places. No swimming pool is a downside for kids. Staff was friendly & helpful. You can purchase a pre-paid card for internet access. The hotel seems a little old and tired, but acceptable and plenty of staff to attend to things. I found a bug in the bathroom, but I find the same things at my home. OK for 2 nights on a budget.
