We had booked a sea stopover, arriving at 9am after a 24-hr journey but were told "come back at 12 because check-in is 2pm". Finding our room was ready anyway; a staff member kindly allowed us in and got into trouble from his colleague.

Great value for money in a location that's handy to the city hall MRT, around corner from Raffles and easy for cab drivers to find. Rooms a bit 80's but friendly service and good facilities. Good shopping nearby too. Would certainly stay again here.

We ordered a extra bed. The hotel provided the bed, but the hotel did not provide an extra towel, shampoo, soap and so on.

Near Raffle City - a nice shopping centre. I feel the service is average. They took a long time for finishing my check-in. On the other hand, the hotel is very clean and fresh. I feel good while staying here for 2 days. Espacially, the swimming pool ...

1. Free upgrade to Deluxe Room (nice & cozy) 2. Allow to late check out at 2pm 3. Very near to MRT 4. Funan Center (Computer Mall) next to the Hotel 5. But no free parking 6. Price increase more than double compare to my last stay... guess 3 years ago!)

My room was a bit dark, so that I could not read at night. Staff did not smile and look at you when serving, in the front desk and cashier. They did not explain the use of a 'departure card' upon my checkout untill I aksed. Overall price and facilities are reasonable but I cannot see quality service from staff.

this hotel gave me a very nice breakfast,yup. for u who dont want to spend much money staying in hotel, peninsula is the perfect place to stay. The rates are not really cost u, but the facilities are pretty good.
