PENINSULA EXCELSIOR HOTEL

Me and my family whenever in Singapore, always choose this hotel because of its buffet breakfast that suits every cultures' taste. The room is nice but i had this experience i got itchy when i am on the bed, on the sofa and carpet. I had a terrible cough and colds after leaving the hotel. The shower curtains - if they can't clean it then it can fit into the trash can.Same as the window curtains.Service? well yes they were slow-i agree. They even told my guest that I got no name listed in their computer. Swimming pool? I dont like it. I got my terrible flu from it. So it's only the food that will make me love and come back to this hotel.

Its great for 3 star hotel in singapore.the location is soooo perfect, is near with the CITY HALL mrt which is the main hub beside the raffles place for the red and green line MRT.. its near Merlion park,esplanade,etc.. the service is great well first i cant understand what did they say because there are soo singlish hehehee

huge rooms, good location, efficient when breakfast is scheduled from 6:30 then everything should be ready for breakfast instead of keeping guests waiting

The place is very convenient to travellers. It is near food courts, mini shops, bus stations and mrt stations. As for the service of the hotel receptionist. They work slow and seems to be inexperience about their work and rules of the hotel. During check-out time, there is long line for all the customers with only few staff handling the check-out line. Maybe, they can add more staff for the check-out counter or they can hire more experience staff to assist in-coming and out-going.I waited last time for almost 40 minutes before i reached the counter.

Near Raffle City - a nice shopping centre. I feel the service is average. They took a long time for finishing my check-in. On the other hand, the hotel is very clean and fresh. I feel good while staying here for 2 days. Espacially, the swimming pool is so great!

+ Great hotel in an excellent location. Close to train station, Raffles, shopping plaza's, great restaurants and the Singapore river. Will definitely stay there again.

i stayed a couple of weeks in the hotel. staff is not trained, coffee cups always missing at breakfast table, in 2007 there are no eggs before 07:00 cuttlery was cleared after a long time, yoghurt was not cooled.
