Great concept of providing a free drink including beer. Disapointed that could change currency at the front desk. Great parking facilities righ outside the front door. Good selection of TV programs.

Service was very poor. Called for room service, but it did not arrive. The cleaning staff was quite polite though. Breakfast was good. Allowed for late checkout.

Friendly, helpful staff. Rooms quite new, spacious Thin walls. Breakfast selection is a bit restricted after four days of staying there

Nice big rooms, good bf

The staff were very helpful and the service was good. In terms of location, the hotel is located near Bugis MRT which make travelling very convenient. You can also get good food at the surrounding area. Will stay in this hotel again in my next trip.

Close to Bugis MRT (5 minutes walk). Less than 25 minutes from airport. Breakfast superb. Service was good. Room a bit old and bed sheet has a hole. Acceptable value for money.

Very happy with the room, but would have preferred a bit of a view rather than an outlook into another building twenty feet away. Good value for the money though and the location was not a problem - taxi's are cheap and readily available. I would definat

Great courteous service. Excellent location on Beach Road ( Raffles ). Easy walk to Orchard Road. Great pool on level 4. Comfortable and clean. In house eating is ordinary and costs too much for what it is. Especially breakfast - it is expensive for a very uninteresting and limited variety of foods. Rooms on the rear side of the hotel had some noticeable mechanical hum ( air con, pool pump ? ). Front side room, lower floors might be better. Otherwise a really excellent place.
