Excellent in all aspects. However, a better quality of toilet paper would have been expected in a hotel of this caliber and the bar should use bottles of #mixers# with spirits instead of that unpleasant mix from the tap.

Great Hotel located at the end of Orchard Road. Nice rooms and friendly staff. This is one of the best hotels with low price on Orchard Road. Would love to stay again.

This was my second time to stay at the Orchard Hotel. We were given a superior room (very small bathroom) instead of a superior plus room when we arrived but this was efficiently sorted out for us. Breakfast staff could have been more efficient and smiled a bit more. This hotel is in an ideal location for shopping.

Liked the service and the staff were not only friendly but respectful. Will definitely stay there again except maybe this time I will ask for a bigger room
