This hotel is like W hotel in the states except with a twist, and much better. They have amazing style and design (done apparently by the same W hotel guys) with great service.

A wonderful stay with free mini bar, superb in-room coffee and tea and loan of Wii console. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms are of good size and beds are very comfortable.

Ok, first I must point out that Naumi hotel is a 5-star boutique hotel and not a 2-star as Yahoo rated it. The property used to be Metropole Hotel, which is a 2-star hotel, so I guess it was not changed since then. Naumi is a member of the Small, Luxury Hotels worldwide. It was opened Sept 2007.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, at Naumi. Firstly, it just opened up so all the designs and furniture were new, up to date and 'hot'. It is very similar to the W Hotels in the United States, however what i liked the most was that the effortless service that was created. A naumi aide would be at your side all the time, and infact i met with my aide at the airport checked in during the drive to the hotel, and that very same person was there to help me at all times! she even made me get reservations at one of the busiest clubs Thumper which apparently just opened up!

Excellent location, superior facilities (2 flat screen TV's, espresso machine, full size refrigerator, huge bath), great modern design, spacious rooms, friendly staff. On the down side kitchen smells wafting into the room at 5:30am, toilet cramped into a small space between the shower and hand basin. Overall very high quality. My experience was enhanced by a promotional room rate with an added upgrade to a suite.

A new small luxury hotel. The room was fantastic and so was the service. The breakfast selection was limited but everything else was great.

Fantastic Hotel would strongly recommend this hotel over the major hotel chains the quality of finishes and service is far better than the Carlton Ritz. For a business of family traveller it is the best hotel in Singapore. Price for value for money is excellent.
