For a four star hotel, the room pricing is a bargain. But with leaked ceilings & not very pleasant attitude from their supposed 'best employee of the month', I'd rather pay more elsewhere.

I had a twin room at a single price so this hotel was a very peasant surprise for Singapore in this price range and I would not hesitate to reccommend it or stay thare next time I am in Singapore.

Good as I paid it for a low price Too old & it had to take walking/bus to the nearest MRT Station or other large shopping area“My Status :-I Joined Singapore Airline SIA Holiday from HK (package included airtickets + Hotel + breadfast) and stayed...

Foyer and dining room were nice, bathroom was clean and modern but the rest of the room was dated and grotty. Close to station as stated, but get a taxi from airport if you have large luggage (Only $20aus from airport via taxi). Breakfast was very nice. Not bad for the price, but if you can afford to stay closer to Orchard Rd, it would be more convenient for sightseeing etc.

I was stay at this hotel on 23rd August to 30th August 2010. The hotel room is unsafe. My travel pillow was missing from the room and no one from hotel's management are willing to take responsibility. And when you give to the report to manager, they blame you for this. So I AM NOT RECOMMEND this hotel for you to stay in Singapore. You'd better look for other's hotel, before your belonging are missing from your hotel's room.

An excellent place to saty with a bus stop outside the hotel and an MRT station (Newton) withing walking distance as was Newton circus (food) hawker centre. The staff were very courteous and check-in at 3.00am was quick. The only reason that facilities have only been rated "good" was because we could not use them all. The beds were very comfortable.

Bathroom had a few lines of mould but apart from that was very clean, well serviced and handy to shopping etc. Staff very helpful and freindly.

Room was very spacious but I found the staff to be not be particularly friendly. The location is excellent and also the price for the room.
