Initially when we checked in we thought Fortuna was an average hotel, though we received absolutely no assistance with our luggage and checkin. However the 2nd night we found cockroaches crawling around the room and there were tons of small ones in the bathroom. We complained at the reception which was least bothered and just sent someone with a pest control spray to our room.

The worst part of our stay was definitely the callousness and rudeness of the staff that definitely needs serious lessons in how to behave with customers.
