The staff were extremely helpful, polite and cheerful. I cannot recommend the YWCA enough. When in Singapore I choose to stay at the YWCA and will continue to do so.

We have just had a wonderful stay at the Yelpful WCA. The staff are very helpful and the location excellant. The hotel is well situated to Orchard Road, Little India, China Town, Clark Quay etc. Highly recomended.

An excellent hotel that we recommend highly. We will always stay here when visiting Singapore. The location is superb--close to MRT, Fort Canning Park, Orchard Street, and easy walk to downtown, Chinatown, Clarke Quay, etc. Loved the room--large with windows that open, wooden floors, fridge, hair dryer, great towels. Room was immaculate. Cafeteria breakfast was great. Great pool. Excellent service from very friendly and helpful staff.

I have never seen such a place to stay like this. My mom found pubic hair in a coffee cup in our room. The beds were twin size and very dirty. Entire hotel smells like a dirty dungeon. The location is awful--you cannot walk to Orchard road since it's simply too far. There's only one small mall, which sells furniture and home decore, next to it.
