small room and not what I expected Older hotel located close to Orchard Rd. Hotel did not have our reservation when we arrived but the front desk staff were very helpful and accomodating. We booked a room which would supposedly accomodate 3 adults. The room we were put into was extremely small with 3 single beds. Felt more like a dormatory. There was very little room for luggage never mind 3 adults. We chose this hotel since it was only for one night and was the most reasonably priced hotel available at the time of booking. Looking back, considering the age of the hotel and size of the rooms I would spend more money on a newer hotel with more space.

Location of hotel Rooms that are shown on the internet are modern - but these are only the executive rooms. Standard rooms are small, stuffy, and you hear the plumbing from all your surrounding rooms very clearly (and long).

For hotel like this(4 stars) and with quite above-avareged price; this hotel does not have sauna, and or jacuzzi. There is no child-sized swimming pool. Also, the room is too small. I would mark this hotel as an expensive 3 stars hotel. I stayed for 4 nights There. I have gotten bored with the breakfast menu on the 3rd morning. Please add more varieties of the food. This hotel looks clean, but not very clean If you ask detail. I found a chunk of cracker/chip under the bed on the 4th night. I believe that left-over chip had been there quite long time. Please clean the room much more thoroughly. However, the people are nice. services are good.

Quite neighborhood. Easy access to the City Centre and shopping malls. Not renovated. Swimming Pool in front of the dinning room. The 17% extra taxes should be clarified before booking.

Elizabeth Hotel is really nice and very comfortable. It is in a good position - a short distance from the main shopping area of Orchard Road. The air conditioning is very effective - most welcome in the Singapore weather.

Surprising Stay I have stayed in this hotel regularly in the past. Unfortunately after a bad experience I had not been back in a while. This time there was a shortage of hotels in Singapore so I had no choice! I was pleasantly surprised. Staff were very helpful, I was upgraded to a lovely room and really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely return again.

Not a place I would write home about. If you want a no frills average hotel, this is the place for you. Convenience is ok but you have to pay for CBD charges for its on the Mt. Elizabeth border requiring charges everytime you exit the area. ...

I didn't like it that much... The access cards to the room were not working properly so we had go back for assistance over and over again. I don't know if it's just the way we swipe the card or they're just not fixing it. But the location of the roo
