Service Beyond First Class I stayed at Conrad three times, each, one-week long. I cannot wait to go back! The number of smiling faces, people asking to help you out and number of nice surprises is just unimaginable. The service is "Beyond First Class". From the moment I entered the hotel to last second I felt like in different world. The Expedia role does not allow to compare Conrad to other hotels, but fortunatly there is nothing to compare to Conrad. Having travelled across the World I have never experienced similar service elswhere. The hotel is just a minute walk to big shopping Mall and few minutes to Marina Bay. Do not waste a second -stay three!

Great hotel (apart from location), excellent staff, restaurants and facilities. Deserves special commendation for recognizing Hilton frequent guest program membership on bookings.

Excellent service and hotel We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. It is close to the tour buses, shops and restaurants. Previously we'd stayed close to Orchard Rd but we prefered this location and we'd definitely stay again.

Conrad Centennial Singapore is outstanding in every sense of the word. The efficiency and friendliness of the staff at the lobby and front desk, to the cleanliness of the room was just amazing. I have never had a more hassle-free check-in or having my requests met and I have stayed in many hotels. I am so impressed by Conrad that I feel that no other hotel is able to give me such a wonderful stay as Conrad did. Furthermore, the rates were comparatively affordable when you consider the service that you get. Perfect!

Very nice hotel, I¿d be pleased to stay here again. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was lovely; it's nice to have a separate shower. Toiletries very high quality. Excellent restaurants just outside the hotel (uberburger, devil fusion).
