+ good service and vry friendly - 2--The rooms air conditioner, plus those of adjcent rooms was very noisy making sleep difficult.

i reached singapore at 6am.was told by a friend this place is medicore.went there from the cus stop,the staff refused to give us a room,telling us to try after 2pm.we were ready to pay for a day,starting from 2pm,but wanted to leave the luggage till 2pm,with a advance paid in full for the room.these people refused,bad for singapore and fro them,will never go back.

+ The price location and staff were all very good. - The room was dirty and smelt of damp, plus there was loads of bugs, ants etc. Not too bad as we're used to it, but could be off putting.

+ Good location, 24 hour desk - No in room internet. Very important

+ The coffee 3 in 1 - The smell, small room, electrical instalation.

+ Convenient and good value - the room was dirty and moldy

+ Staff at reception and restaurant very friendly and helpful. - 1--The Bathroom basin has two taps, hot and cold, but both are connected to cold water, so you have to shave in cold water which was a very unpleasant experience.

+ Friendliness of the staff - Toilet can be improved
