This hotels service isn't bad...its horrendous and shocking. The rooms are filthy when you first walk in, and during your stay they won't be cleaned. Amazingly expensive when all you get is a cheap motel.

A stylish and attractive hotel, with very friendly staff located not far from Little India station. The room was a bit small. Even though the windows were locked, the windows weren't completely shut, which meant that the sounds from the busy Ronchor road could be heard, and woke us up early each morning. The shower tap was broken, which meant the shower head couldn't be used but only the smaller hand-held shower nozzle. We mentioned this to the hotel staff, but nothing could be done to fix it. The washbasin plug didn't work which meant it was impossible to fill the basin with water when shaving etc.

great little stylish hotel, close to lots of good food stalls and shops and Sim Lim Square electronics center. Best reasonably priced hotel I've stayed in in Singapore (and I've stayed in a lot). My room had a silent ceiling fan which was a great change to having to use the AC (room had AC as well of course). Try to get the deal with free internet and breakfast (if these things are important to you)

I don't like the way they put all the stuff near the supplement lift. The location is not really nice, far from the centre and in a noisy area. The price was not worth it. By the way, it was quite ok for few days trip.

Stayed in a Deluxe Courtyard room, at a 'special' but still stiff price. The hotel is well located and has a nice faceade of traditional shops. Once inside it's a different story. The internal architecture is very poor, staring with some massive escalators in the lobby that block most of the space and are totally unecessary (you actually have to go up the escalators then walk down some steps to get your breakfast). The Deluxe Courtyard room is ok but blend with no particular touche, and could just have been in any other country. The most annoying was that you could not open the window (that gives on a little courtyard) and could not switch of the noisy and at time unecessary air-conditionning. In other words the experience is asseptic, blend and unimaginative, in total opposition to the facade. The breakfast itslef is acceptable (the room on the far right does not have a blasting air conditionning) but overpriced and again somewhat blend. Good if you like Las Vegas. Otherwise you need to find another hotel.
