I enjoyed the hotel the staff where really helpfull. i loved the location as lots of places to go at night.

LOVED THE LOCATION, EXCELENT BREAKFAST, VERY POLITE STAFF, FAMILY ORIENTED. WOULD LOVE TO VISIT THIS HOTEL AGAIN IN THE NEAR FUTURE. WILL TELL ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT THIS PIECE OF HEAVEN.

Our room was amazing. We booked a Deluxe Sea View Room and got much more than we expected. We had two bathrooms, a seperate lounge room and two plasmas and a dvd player. We had a view of the beach, the balcony was great wit a table setting and lounger. We also got a complimentry newspaper every morning and breakfast in the bistro. The room standard reminds me of the Hilton in Sydney, 100% 5 star. Bathrooms where super clean and the shower lovely. Bed was comfy and firm. Staff were extreamly friendly and helpful. The food at the resturants was great. The staff orgnised a dinner on the beach for my birthday. The 3 course meal was value for money and included a good bottle of wine. We had a private waiter and they gave me a birthday cake and flowers free of charge. They waiter went and got the band to sing me a special happy birhtday. Location is right on Batu Ferengi Beach. The night market is right out the front of the hotel. Would recommend to everyone.

everything,the staffs in every dept are excelent always smilling.nothing is a bother. that what i and my son enjoy on our vaccation.thank to the staffs of G.P.P.R.P.

we stay there every 2 yrs for 10days. we always have a fantastic time.the restaurent rte marvelous,the boys at the pool brilliant.bell boys are helpful.at night the lounge relaxing.all are wonderful.that why we always return.

I had a month reservation prior my arrival to the hotel and reserved a Deluxe room with seaview and balcony at the price of MYR460.00..upon my arrival, the receptionist told me that the room is on the lower floor..and so i request them to get me on a higher floor. The receptionist told me to pay extra RM100.00 in order to stay on the higher floors and getting the room upgraded to Grand Deluxe room, and so i paid the extras..when i finally get into my room on the 5th floor and to my horror..the room was sooooooo small and it even cant accommodate an extra bed??!! if i were to add another extra bed, they need to move the sofa out from the room!(thats what the Manager told me!) imagine..you pay MYR 560.00 a night and staying for 2 nights (Total MYR 1120.00, you only be getting a small room?!!it was ridiculous as i could have a huge suite in other 5 stars resort!! i express my disapointmnet with the Manager on duty named Suresh..and he told us that the room was meant for 2 persons..if i were to come as a couple, i would still say that the room is too small for the price we've paid! he did offered to do something for us (upgrading the room) but nothing happen..no courtesy call saying they cant accommodate us in another better room..!!what a shame on the service.. alright..the interior of the room was lovely minus the small space ( we were given an impression earlier from the hotel's website saying that the Grand Deluxe room is very spacious..perfect lier!! )

As we have a baby of 5 months old we needed a good, clean and safe place to stay. We were picked up from the airport in a good car and the driver drove safely. The staff was very friendly. They loved our baby boy! We had some minor things to be fixed in our room. Within 10 minutes there was somebody and within an hour everything was fixed. Breakfast Buffet was good. Enough of everything. We also had a great dinner in the hotel restaurant while a sitter was with our son. Only in the weekend you could here the music from the bar in your room.

I just love it.The first time with a friend in park Royal was great.I fell in love too.I mean fell in love with a man in park royal.If i get married to him,i will return to spend my honeymoon here.The staff are superb.They made us feel so welcomed.I love the Tamarind Brasserie.I ate there 3 times a day during my 3 days 2 nights stay in september 2007.But next time i return,i will stay in the seaview room.It is so romantic.My holiday in September 2007 was a dream come true.

The Grand Plaza Parkroyal Penang was a beautiful hotel. I found out many good things inside there. The buffet was really nice. The whole hotel was just like a resort. I had a wonderful day there!
