Good value for money, breakfast is good, the sea water is muddy looking so don't get too excited about swimming in the ocean

The hotel and the service comparing to the charges were very satisfactory and for sure I will book in the same hotel next time. It was a bit from the shopping mall, but near to some sightseeing in the north of the island. Regards Monney Dubai

I've been here a few times. Its a good hotel away from Ferringhi Beach which is overdeveloped and over run with tourists. Ask for a room above level 21 for wired in internet access. Modems can be rented for 10Myr per hour or 30Myr for 24 hours. ...

we spent a great christmas here, watersports are excellent, christmas eve buffet on the beach was great. Only complaint was although the rooms were spacious and clean they were most definetly ready for a make over especially the bathrooms.

The room I booked was suppose to have a kitchenette. It actually only had a kitchen sink and kitchen cabinets. The stove was available but the untensils and cutlery had to be hired at an additionaly cost! Otherwise the hotel was brilliant, check out t

The hotel is a bit old and built on a small footprint area making it a bit compact. Stayed in the deluxe suite room which is spacious and clean. Large balcony looking out to the sea. Carpet in the corridor has a little musky smell and the windows at the lift lobby needs a new set. The swimming pool is a not big and set around a small area. On a full day it gets crowded and noisy. Breakfast option is excellent. Service is friendly. If you intend to spend a lot of time lounging on beach, you are better off at Ferringi Beach area. Hotel provides free shuttle to the city center which is 10km away. Priced at about USD60/night, it is a not a bad deal, overall.

Nice but not good enough! I waited for quite some time and called up 2 times for slippers...... Breakfast is so limited...... Location is not bad.

worst hotel ever !! very bad service. there is an awfull smell in rooms. food is disgusting. service is better but still awful. they clean rooms ONCE A WEEK !!!

very relaxing as out of busy area beds and pillows good not hard breackfast was good and varied easy to get around as buses ran past door regular would stay again
