Coveniently located, clean, modest hotel, affordable prices and good value for the money. Front desk staff helpful and courteous

Great location, room very clean if a bit on the small side. Staff friendly, buffet breakfast fine. I've stayed in a couple of other hotels in Georgetown and this is the best in the price range.

bad hotel, i had a reservation for three days after one night i chequed out and went to the evergreen laurel hotel

The location is in the centre of the town, quite convenience. But the room and the bathroom is too small. The facilities not too much, not like a 4 stars hotel.

I stayed here 2 nights. Very good location & good breakfast, and reasonable price. All staff is very friendly & helpful. However, facilities of this hotel should be improved quiclly. I want to recommand this Hotel to the tourist.

Lobby is big and impressive but the room i was in needed total rennovation. Japanese restaurant was fantastic. There's a large restaurant where breakfast is served but bit like a school canteen. Staff weren't overly helpful. Wouldn't stay here again or recommend it!!

Pluses: excellent location, helpful front desk staff, rooms are clean, breakfast is good (fairly good choice of Western dishes though not very hot) Minuses: Only one comes to mind: smoking. It should be banned completely from the entire hotel. The lobby stank of smoke at times and I found this extremely offensive. The hotel should rethink its policy about smoking. General comments: it's good value for money
