You should put some soundproof doors to divide the entrance of the disco in the basement from the stairs + the breakfast till 10 is ok for groups or families that get up early. for people like me that at least while on vacation like to sleep, 10,30-11 would be the optimal time. Overall thou it was pretty confortable.

Good location and the room was larger than I expected, the bathroom was better than you normally find in Penang hotels. The overall impression though is that everything could do with a good scrub. A previous (female?) occupant had used the curtains to blot her lipstick! Staff friendly and helpful, the concierge was very helpful, making several phone calls for me to track down a particular shop. Buffet breakfast only average but this is still a good value for money hotel

Roon size reasonable and rooms are clean. Location is very close to Penang Lane. The setback is that their breakfast quality is not up to expectation.

Everything perfect except the cold pool that doesn't get the sun. Most under-used pool ever. Spa pool lovely and warm. Install a solar heater or something.
