Grand Continental Hotel Kuala Lumpur

This hotel was really not very good: the room was bad, the food was very bad, the location was bad and the internet was bad. Unfortunately I cannot be more positive about it. The only good thing was that the people were nice.

Not so bad. Everything is available around that hotel. No to worry about expensive food. You can get cheap food at the corner of the hotel. That about all.

Rooms and breakfast were not meeting expectations(Asian standards are normally higher). Pool good and clean. Staff friendly. Location ok.

Not a very good location, when I stepped into the hotel, I smelled something weird, maybe stink. Service was acceptable. Cleanliness sucks. I saw blood in the bathroom. Room size is OK. Anyway, I would never go back!

Good hotel with basic faclities. Location is not so good. Good breakfast and value for money. Mono & Light rail stations are easily accessible.

The hotel is terrible to stay,as this is business trip because I have exhibition in PWTC near by the hotel,at first I book the Deluxe room but when I check in found no internet connect in the small room so their manager recommend I pay more 50 Ringe for upgrade to Executive Suit because it can connect internet,so I accept it but when I getting in the room,it's just bigger than that small room a little but the power plug can't use and they sent different people came to solve it,when it finish I waste almost half day to settle down the room only,the sheet with some spot of blood,I stay there 3 night they never change it. Anyway it's very bad experience in this trip,also the breakfast is terrible too,all guest is Indian people,so I just took first meal then I gave up another meal.
