Very long time to check in and quite long to check out. Too small desks compared to hotel size.

i would never recommend this hotel to anybody the checin was bad and nobody seems interested at all and there were earlier customers demanind to see the manager who never showed up the rooms smelled of urine the electrical connections were bad and half

My stay was quite comfortable. Breakfast was a small but neat affair. Staff at the Reception were friendly and amiable.

No offer of help with luggage as my taxi arrived at hotel steps. No response from room service to supply missing items from tea-making facilities. Slow check-in. Unhelpful staff, lack of friendly manner. Too few lifts operating. Breakfast was very good. Good shower and hot water. Nice view. No english language TV channel. Smoked-filled hotel cafe was gruesome.

Arrived after a long flight from SFO via HKG and desperately needed a shower ... no hot water. After checking with the desk several times as to the problem and getting a different answer each time I decided to turn in and shower in the am. Still no

Quite clean with family Suite room, 3 room one family holl with kitchen 7 small bar, good for family, quite budget when sharing with many friends.

You get what you pay for. Bed sheets are clean and the aircon works. What more do you want for the price?

We will never stay at this terrible hotel again!!! 1. We booked a 2-bedroom Executive Suite on the 10th floor, but the elevator didn't stop at 9th and 10th floor. We had to go up and down the stairs from the 11th. (Stairs are dirty and stink!) So pity for those who stay on the 9th as they have to climb up and down 2 floors. 2. The rooms needs maintainance. Worn out rooms with broken refrigerators and clocks. Hot water supply takes lots of time until we catch cold. 3. One bed room did not have a TV. Not drinking water at all in the rooms. 4. If we close the doors to the bedrooms, it will be autmatically locked and we cannot open it from the living room again, because there is no doorknob. We asked the hotel staff to open it, but it took 5 hours while we asked them 5 times! 5. When we came back to our room, the electric supply was turned off. We had to wait for 2 hours in the dark room, though we asked the staff 3 times. What they say was "DO NOT COMPLAIN"!!! This hotel has many hard and soft problems. When we have a hard problem, their response is too late and rude. I would rather sleep out on the road next time.

it was a dissapointment for a four star hotel! I was really shock with the condition and cleanliness since i step in the room. 1)stain and fungus carpet with unbearable smell. 2)toilet boil smells, the flush is not functioning, the towels are stained & smells. 3)again stain of blood on the bed sheet. The front office does not seem pleaseant.
