We reserved a "suite" online hoping for a seperate bedroom with TV. It wasn't, just one long room with double beds (not queens) and a sofa bed, only one TV. It was a nice enough room, but wish I had called the motel and asked before reserving it. ...

Actually considering the price, the hotel is not too bad, just probably it is a bit too old so everything doesn't look very clean, especially the toilet paper, it looks dark in color, a bit scary like it has been placed for ages. So we went to buy from 7-11 convenience shop nearby, which is not expensive at all, only 1.7 RM. :-) However, the cleaning auntie is very friendly and helpful. and the towel smells clean. Location is a bit far from town, but later on we find actually we can take Monorail costs around 1-2RM depends on the distance, or 10RM for taxi, mid-night might charge extra 5-10RM. Seems still ok.

Although the place is perfect for budget travellers... the room needs refurbishing, the bed linens replaced ( my wife and I got an itched with the blanket provided by the hotel) and the bathroom... they need to fix the faucet. It's leaking water. If you want a perfect view of the petronas twin towers pick a room on a high floor. Overall, the hotel is not bad. The management of the hotel just needs to oversee some changes in the rooms and not just build more new hotels and forget about the old ones.

The hotel location is good near to food market and shopping. The service is not bad but the facilities need to upgrade.I stay there for 2 nites no breakfast is included, the aircon with no remote we can't control the aircon and the other rooms which my family stay in, the aircon broke down. The television is an old tv that use an antenna to find the channels. I would come back to the hotel if there is no other available hotels.

we stayed at the Rodeway Inn on December 18th. The staff was great and answered all of our questions. The pool and Hot tub where super clean. The continental breakfast was enough to get you going. We would stay again any day.

The rooms we booked were very out of maintenance. Especially the bath tub need for repair and refrunish. In addition, the worst condition is most of the rooms e.g. 1514 & 1516 & 1502 have many mosqitos and unknown insects. My children were suffered from sting on their bodies. But when we made a complaint to the receiption staff, their horrible feedback , unwilling to help and poor customer service made me more disappointed. I hope you can enhance your inhouse training towards your staff and upgrade your management properly. Regards, CHENG Woon-kit from Hong Kong
