My family and I have very good experience from offers made by Citrus Hotel in terms of 1)price, 2)executive lounge, 3)room space, 4)breakfast for the whole family and 5)room service. Even though rated as 3 or 4 stars in some websites, it's offers beat the 5 stars hotel. If Citrus Hotel were to maintain its offers or to be as generous as it can afford to be, I think, it can become the best hotel in Kuala Lumpur for local as well as foreign visitors. My family and I will revisit Citrus Hotel and have recommended Citrus Hotel to our friends who will be visiting Kuala Lumpur. Best of luck to the business owners and staff of Citrus Hotel and keepup the good work.

Bright clean & comfortable. Reasonably good location, nice decoration, helpful staff, comfortable rooms, great facilities. Traveler's tip Watch out for the taxi drivers, after midnight (and sometimes at rush-hour) they switch off of their meters and will only take a ride for fixed price. Make sure you bargain.

The hotel was renovated, but the renovation was incomplete. It was like staying in a potential 4 star hotel, that was just a 2 star hotel. Why do that? For the price and location, it maybe worth it. Just temper your expectations.

The hotel is a very new one, built in 2007. The ambience of the hotel is very good. Rooms are also neat and tidy and the staff very helpful. The Citrus Cafe on the ground floor had a decent breakfast. At the rate given, its good value for money.. Only problem I would state is the location, its not facing the main road and therefore at times getting a taxi can be a problem. Its also about 10-15mins to the KLCC during non peak hours. If you are a night life lover..you are not going to be too happy as there is hardly any night club or decent pub around this hotel. Have to go all the way to Bukit Bintang.. other than that the hotel is good value for money... can recommend to anyone.

I had a Superior Executive room which was newly renovated and a comfortable size, with access to the attractive executive lounge on my floor, which offered snacks and drinks (nonalcoholic). The advertisement states a fruit basket and welcome drink. I had to ask for the fruit mini basket after my 4th day, which was just 3 overripe pieces of fruit, and I never found out what the welcome drink was. The staff were generally nice. The location, even though it did not look like a good area, was fairly quiet and only a 20 minute walk to the city center, with a major mall and city rail transport stations about 5 minutes away. The complementary breakfast is very nice but the buffet dinner leaves much to be desired...very lmited and I watched a roach crawl out of a desert cake and climb up the wall. I was pleased, over all. I think for the price you can't beat it.
