With the executive room with Internet access, free beverages this hotel is well suited for executives travelling to Kuala Lumpur. But Swimming pool and the SPA are good thing for Holidays too... And the price was nice for us, paying in Euros.

    - Friendliness of the staff - For sure it's not a four star hotel, it's between 2 and 3 stars. - Bad breakfast

The Citrus Hotel is a great Malaysian version of The Standard Hotels in Los Angeles. It might be in a "bad neighborhood" but if you hop into a cab to get to where you need to go it is fine. Also the free breakfast with the price can't be beat. Our friends at the upscale downtown location paid double, had to pay extra for their wi-fi AND pay for their own breakfast and their rooms were not nearly as cool. Great place to do a photoshoot!

+price. Food cooked by Indian chef for dinner. -Breakfast - food was cold; no member of staff spoke to us; no coffee left; no milk on table. we asked for adjoining rooms but were given rooms 2 floors apart - we were told there were no adjoining rooms yet one of our rooms adjoined a room of children who made so much noise my wife had to phone reception

I stayed in KL for 3 days. Housekeeping did a great job every time they come by.

-The bed was not cleaned properly and i found many strands of hair on the other single bed, which i suspect that the housekeeping did not change the bedsheet
