Cititel Mid Valley Hotel Kuala Lumpur

The service quality of the staff at the front desks and room service are quite good but we didn't have good experience with the concierge when we tried to arrange for a cab to & fro the hotel for a wedding dinner - the duty staff was nowhere to be found. The cleaniness of the room was good; the room is small though. This is the first hotel that I know that chose not to load up the mini bar with food and drinks of rip-off prices and I thought that was a very wise decision given location of the hotel. I suppose having the accommodation next to the mega mall and The Gardens makes good sense for folks who just want to shop, eat and walk for a couple of days and want nothing to do with the elements:).

Just the hotel room is a bit too small especially the toilet. A needle on the floor carpet in the room actually poked into my left foot toe. Hopefully the floors will be vacuum too. Overall rating is good.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The room was clean but quite small. Family with grown up children is advisible to take 2 rooms because there is hardly any space for extra bed. Breakfast was good with quite a variety to choose from. Location was good with Mid Valley Megamall just next to the hotel. The only problem is with the carpark. Very limited parking lots and we had to park at Midvalley Megamall for a flat rate of 5RM. We would come back again if in KL. Thank you.

The room is small however the cleanliness is acceptable.

Its all about location. Internet is available in the MPH bookstore immediately across hotel in the mall. Has 2 malls under one roof.

Convenient, but price could be cheaper just because of the smaller room size.

Overall ,I would like to comment the facilities provided by the hotel, which were met instantly. Our needs for extra pillows were met instantly by the housekeeping staff. Second is that, My wife is suffering from painful knees which prevented her from long standing periods. We requested for the wheelchair which we got instantly for FREE. This enable us to move around the shopping complex thus enabled us to shop around. We were thankful for that.

Good connection to shopping mall. Surprised at the expensive wifi. Right next door to the hotel, wifi is virtually free. Hotel should offer complimentary wifi as a standard in this age of info technology, and generate revenues through wifi advertisements rather than charging hotel guests for it.

The room was a bit small. But it has the basic facilities that we need, specifically the electronic safety box, coffee-making things & refrigerator. The location is the most attractive to us though because it is conveniently attach to the Mega Mall.

The room is a bit small but the bed gives you a great night sleep and the shower massages the aching bones after a day of shopping. Overall the staff are very friendly and polite and I would stay in Cititel again.
