The room is not what we have expected from the pictures we have seen on the website. There was a mosquito in the room. The bathtub was discoloured. It was so hard to open the door especially when you were holding so many bags.

Location very close to the monorail, just a couple of stops to the city centre but a much more interesting (real) area than the normal tourist trap. From KL Sentral (where the buses arrive from the Airport) the monorail is just across the road and takes you almost to the door. Lots of very inexpensive reastuarants in the streets behind and the large market and a supermarket a few metres away. Several 7/11 shops close-by (Beer in fridge!)

The pictures shown in the website is very different from the actual hotel. There are not many tourists from other countries staying there, mostly locals. The location is not near to any shopping area and taxis refused to take us back to the hotel as they try to avoid Chow Kit area due to traffic jam. Do not recommend this hotel.

This was my second stay and the bathroom needs some attention. The staff are friendly and helpfull. A little bit disappointed this time round.

Access to hotel location is a problem, by car or on foot. Day time the area is so congested and crowded with traffic and people.Nite time can be quite dark and scary in certain areas.Other quite a comfortable stay.

The hotel is located in a bad place where you smell bad things from the stores nearby. The Taxis do not like to take you to the hotel becasue it is far away from other places.

we enjoyed our stay at brisdale, if we travel again we will choose brisdale. Restaurant staff can be improved by more friendly and have a smile. on the whole it was great

Everything is horrible. I never stay in that Hotel anymore. Never!!!!
