This is the best hotel I stayed in Mid Valley. Service excellent, breakfast excellent. Get the executive rooms and get all day exe lounge access. Perfect hotel for an economical price.

Hotel maybe out of city center, but overall service and facilities is excellence. Clean room and polite staff.

Great value overall. Its buffet breakfast has a lot of variety and tastes good.

Location is good ie if you want to be next to a huge shopping and eating mall. Quiet though and close to train to city. But no parking and you have to pay for the parking in excess or less than RM$5. They don't give you an extra bed on request. If on waiting list, they don't inform you if you are successful or not. Poor isn't it??

Convenient location with lots of food outlets and retail stores. Only one train station from and to KL Sentral. Front Office staff not very friendly. F&B staff are a bit aloft expecially in the morning rush hours for the breakfast buffet. Trust me, they will not clear the tables - never know the reasons why?! After staying there for just 2 days, you will know the entire breakfast buffet spread. Housekeeping staff are very approachable and friendly. Overall, do not let the poor service distract you, but enjoy the convenience and great location instead.

The service level does not match the price was not worthy. Service standard can be better with check in. Quality of food is below average because of the holidays insufficient staff. It does not not give me a sense of secure place nor a very clean place. Suitable as a budget hotel and nothing more.

The Mega Mall which was connected to the hotel was handy. Room was clean and breakfast OK. Frontline staff however need to be trained on how to deal with customers. Can be abrupt and not willing to listen. Problem finally resolved with duty manager.

It will be good if more variety in breakfast selection.

This hotel is very efficient and ideal for business . The breakfasts are exceptionally generous and varied, with something for everybody's taste.

I've been to PJ many times and so far the best hotel to be at. The breakfast could be better in terms of variety but not too bad.
