It was my first stay at AnCasa Hotel. Overall, it was fun and quite glamorous. But I experienced during the breakfast time. The food provided was boring. For two days, I ate the same food. And the crew, they seemed busy all along. Even the simple utensils, such as teaspoons were not refuelled immediately. There was once I found a guest refuelling her empty water bottle with a guava drink. The waitress interupted her meal, but questioning why she refuelled the bottle and didn't even apologise for the interuption. It seemed authoritarian and not suitable for the service environment. I found that it was inconsiderate to do that, but the way of approach towards the guest was unacceptable. Maybe I would not return to the hotel again if I were the victim. And the security staff were not smiling. If hotel emphasises service, I believe even security staff must learn how to smile to their guests.Yet, I got a pleasant experience when I checked out. The female receptionist was so polite that it really made my day, despite the hussle and bustle of traffic background outside the hotel.

Have stayed in Ancasa 2 weeks ago for 4 days & 3 nights. What a sooo unfriendly front desk staff when we checked-in. They are not even smiling. Almost all of them - the hotel staff. The bathroom was not in good condition so we have to move to another room.

Me and my family from Singapore check-in on 16 & 17 June 2007 at about 2.30pm. We had made reservations for 5 rooms. Upon check-in, we were informed that 2 of our rooms are not ready yet. As our group contained 3 age group that were, grandparents, parents and grandchildren, I decided to give the 3 rooms to my parents and young children. I called to check twice to ask when the room will be ready, I was told it would be ready in 45 mins & 1 hr plus subsequently. So I decided to take a tour around the vicinity while waiting for the rooms to be ready. However when we returned at about 8pm, I was so shocked when I was told that the 2 rooms are STILL NOT READY YET!!! When I demand for a reason, the reason given was there was a shortage of staff due to MC. WHAT AN EXCUSE! No words could describe my feelings at that point in time. I was full of anger, disappointment and disgusted by the way that my family and I were treated. I demand to talk to the Manager-On-Duty, but was told to wait for the next day as she had left for the day.

Located in a very convinient place. Easy access to many shopping complexes & eating places. Famous China Town is next door. Cleanliness of the hotel is good. They provide everyday room cleaning service. Bathroom was bit small & the sink was giving problems. Breakfast menu is ok but if you get late, it is very difficult to find a chair.

I stayed in AnCasa for 3days and 2nites.The rest of the facilities in the hotel is gd except some.During my stayed, the sleeping mattress is too hard and its nt comfortable at all.The hair dryer is nt bein fixed up even thot its spoilt and yet it was hang on e bathroom.Breakfast menu is almost the same food.Waiter and waitress are not attentive enough to replace the empty food or drink fast. They seem nt friendly towards the guest when being approached. I think they need to sit for a gd service classroom. Overall, for those who prefer an average and nt except too much expectation can always pick AnCasa Hotel.I may like the hotel but i dnt like the front view of the busy puduraya area.

Not only the hotel is spotless and the service excellent, but also it is 400m from Puduraya bus station and surrounded by shops, markets and restaurants/foodcourts. The price (around 35 euros) is average for an hotel of this quality. A very pleasant stay!

The hotel is near to the chinatown. The staff is very helpful and the buffet breakfast got a lot of variety. The room is clean and nice. I definitely will go there again.

Upon arriving at the hotel, the staff did a speedy check-in and were extremely courteous. Though the room is clean, the room amenities are not sufficient as for other 4 star hotels. Overall the location is good, very near chinatown which I enjoyed taking dinner there. The best thing it is near the Puduraya Bus Terminal which have buses to anywhere around Malaysia. Had a pleasant stay. Thanks!

Transfer from KLCC via Star Shuttle MYR$8 (1.25 Hours) dropped off opposite Hotel. Smooth & Efficient Check In. 18th Floor Room - spectacular views particularly at night of KL Tower, Petronas Towers & MayBank Building. Great Location, just 1 block walk to Petaling St Night Market. Public Transport right nearby, Light Rail Stations / Taxi. Room was of an acceptable standard, Bed, Coffee Table & Chairs, Wide Screen TV, Shower Only - No Bath. Breakfast consisted of a good choice of hot/cold foods of an acceptable standard in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. Staff were friendly and obliging - Hassle Free Check Out - only made 1 IDD Telephone Call for which the charges were waived. Would stay again at this hotel. Thank You
