I'd travelled worldwide extentively and stayed in many different brands of hotels. I must admit Conrad Tokyo is one of the best in service and decoration. Ok it is pricy, but you definitely get what you paid for. Service was spot on, all staffs had a nice smile on their face, you feel so welcomed and relaxed. Location is not the most convinent but 10 to 15 minutes walk to Ginza or 5 minute taxi ride. If you have that little bit of extra money, I strongly recommend you stay at the Executive Ocean View room, breakfast come standard in the private lounge as well as commentary afternoon tea, snacks and evening cocktails. The view is breath-taking, money well worth spending. To sum up, a very elegent hotel with top size room and best staff in town.

This hotel is not children friendly. The room was dirty and the food was very disappointing. I would never stay here again. The Four Seasons Tokyo is a much better hotel and much more welcoming. The only customers that they want at Conrad Tokyo is rich and business people. The hotel is expensive and not value for money. Trust me, don`t stay here, if you have kids. The worst hotel I`ve staying at in Tokyo.

everything's impressive, from the hotel staff to the room itself.location is great,i think it has the most convenient access to the monorail/train station.it's worth the price which i'd say is a bit high-at least i'm sure any guest would love staying there like we did.
