We had booked 2 semi-double rooms and we found the space is just sufficient for us since we're travelling with medium sized luaggages. The room and bathroom are always cleaned when we came back. We have been using the metro, toei and the train during our stays and with it's prime location, it's very convenient for us to walked to the stations. It's very near to Senso-ji too and not to forget the restaurants and shopping street. We found ourselves a very good fresh sushi restaurant. We give a big thumb-up for the staff for their efficency and kindness. We had to leave before 7am to catch our train and the kitchen staff was kind enough to prepare sandwiches for us for 3 days. For 3 days, this thoughtful staff had prepared 3 different sandwiches for us. We would definitely this hotel to our friends. Keep up the good work.

Very friendly staff at a great location and very cheap. It's a basic hotel at a great traditional part of Tokyo. When I come back to Tokyo, what I hope very soon, I will be back at this hotel.

Plus: - Cleaneliness; - Proximity of 2 subway stations giving access to different lines; - Charm of the Asakusa neighbourhood, a little remote but offering a different but pleasant aspect of tokyoites'life. Minus: - Size of the room extremely small compared to other japanese hotels in the same category; - Uneasy regulation of the heating system which creates an unconfortable dryness of the air, specially at night; - Kindness & availability of the personnel at the reception desk - trying its best to be helpful ( something that is charasteristic of most Japanese ) - but with a relatively poor english practice and lack of either basic training or initiative for providing info to foreign tourists.

Although the room is small but is cosy. If you are going to visit the Asakusa Temple, that is one of the best location. As usual hotel rooms in Tokyo is usually very neat, clean and tidy.

Good Location but Small Room We did one day at Disney Sea. We took the train to Hokone National Park, long trip but my daughter loved the view and pictures of Fuji in the winter With teens, AKAHABARA was great, Also the HARAJUKU shops down the street in the alley by the subway stop was a teens dream come true , don't go alone, not too many people speak English. zillion conveyor sushi shops to the left alley by the Ueno JR trains she loved this. exchange rate at the airport was better than USA even better at Disney.

Value hotel Close to the Best in Tokyo! When my family and I booked the trip, we though the Chisun woubld be very far away from every we wanted to see in Tokyo, but far from it. This hotel is about 5 minutes from the Sensoji Shrine, the oldest area in Tokyo, and the only area that actually looks traditional. There are markets everyday in that area and for those who aren’t used to Japanese food, there is a Denny’s nearlby. Two train lines are walking distance and take you directly to all other Tokyo attractions. The hotel staff is very helpful and speak English.
